About the Role
Sentra is building the organizational memory layer for startups — and you'd be the first designer shaping how it looks, feels, and works. You'll work directly with the CEO on product direction, own the full design process from discovery through launch, and prototype across desktop, web, notifications, and AI outputs. This is a rare chance to define the design language of a category-creating product before it scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity
- Strong eye for visual craft — composition, typography, and layout of modern AI products
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping in Figma
- Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch
- Ability to guide decisions with structured thinking and user-centered research
- Experience with data-driven design — defining metrics to evaluate effectiveness
Nice to Haves
- Experience designing information tools, workflows, or systems for company operations
- Experience prototyping or building products with AI and agentic experiences
- Experience with consumer applications

Compensation Details
4-year vest with 1-year cliff assumed. Competitive salary and equity for a founding-level role.
